Hi Joe,

 

Last thursday night at 10:45 pm our York furnace was suddenly unresponsive. I gathered some electric heaters as I

thought the problem would not be resolved until the morning. I then called your service line and spoke to a staff member.

Steve returned my call and was there in 15 minutes. Steve made a temporary fix to get us through the night, and said he 

would return with a new component when it was available. He called us the next morning to make sure everything was still

 working. A couple of days later the part was replaced.

 

Thanks you to Steve and the rest of your team for the excellent response.
