Warranties

York backs every Latitude™ heat pump with one of the best limited warranties you’ll find: every Latitude™ heat pump is backed with a 10-year parts* warranty and a 10-year compressor warranty. Our optional YorkCare™ comfort plan offers up to 10 years of total parts and labor coverage.

R-22 and three-phase models do not qualify for the 10-year parts warranty.

Three-phase models have a 1-year parts and a 5-year compressor warranty.

*Must be installed after May 1, 2009, and registered online within 90 days of installation—otherwise the parts and compressor warranties revert to 5-year limited warranties.
