Everyone loves a compliment, and they're important because they reinforce excellence. Nottawasaga Mechanical makes a point of bringing up customer feedback at our monthly staff meeting. Any positive feedback for a job well done is something we believe is a great motivator. It is always easier to point out faults in employees but we try to make sure that a good job doesn't go unnoticed. Trying to focus on the positives is our goal but criticism is often more valuable, as it points to opportunities to serve you better. Therefore, if we have not performed to your satisfaction, or if something we've done has offended you, we ask you to let us know so we can try to make it right. As much as we try to ‘get it right’ the first time, we’re human and sometimes make mistakes. The difference, we believe, lies in our commitment to resolve them. So, talk to us. It's the only way we can ensure your satisfaction, and to us, that's what matters most.
